Privacy Policy

Overview

Sheet to Notion is a Google Sheets add-on that allows you to export data from Google Sheets to Notion pages. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Data We Access

To provide its functionality, the add-on accesses the following data:

• Google Sheets Data: When you choose to export a spreadsheet, the add-on reads the content of your sheets. This data is only used to create the corresponding content in Notion and is never stored or transmitted elsewhere.
• Notion API Token: You provide your Notion integration token to enable the add-on to create pages in your Notion workspace. This token is stored securely using Google's User Properties service, which is private to your account.
• Selected Notion Page ID: The destination page you select is stored in your user properties to remember your preference.

Data Storage

The add-on stores the following data using Google's PropertiesService.getUserProperties():

• Notion API Token: Stored securely and privately associated with your Google account.
• Selected Notion Page ID: Stored to remember your preferred destination page.

This data is:

• Only accessible by you when using this add-on
• Stored within Google's secure infrastructure
• Not transmitted to any external servers owned by us
• Automatically deleted when you disconnect from Notion via the add-on settings

Third-Party Services

The add-on communicates directly with the following third-party services:

• Google Services: The add-on runs within Google's Apps Script environment and accesses your spreadsheet data through Google's APIs. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Notion API: To create pages and tables in your Notion workspace. Subject to Notion's Privacy Policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do NOT do:

• We do NOT collect any personal information
• We do NOT track your usage or activity
• We do NOT store your spreadsheet data
• We do NOT use analytics or tracking tools
• We do NOT share any data with third parties
• We do NOT have access to your Notion credentials (they are stored in your Google account)
• We do NOT operate any external servers that receive your data

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Disconnect Notion: You can disconnect your Notion integration at any time through the add-on's sidebar by clicking "Disconnect Notion".
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the add-on will remove all stored preferences.
• Revoke Notion Access: You can revoke the add-on's access by deleting your integration at notion.so/my-integrations.

Security

We implement security best practices:

• All communication with Notion API uses HTTPS encryption
• Your Notion token is stored using Google's secure User Properties service
• The add-on only requests minimum necessary permissions
• No data is transmitted to external servers operated by us

Google API Services User Data Policy

This add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
