By installing or using the Sheet to Notion add-on ("the Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

Sheet to Notion is a Google Sheets add-on that allows users to export data from Google Sheets to Notion. The Add-on:

• Reads data from your Google Sheets spreadsheets
• Creates pages and tables in your Notion workspace
• Stores your Notion integration token securely in your Google account

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Notion integration token
• Ensuring you have the right to export and transfer the data in your spreadsheets
• Complying with Notion's and Google's terms of service
• Any content you export using the Add-on

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Add-on to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Export data you do not have permission to transfer
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Add-on
• Use the Add-on for any malicious or harmful purpose

5. Third-Party Services

The Add-on integrates with third-party services:

• Google Services: Your use of Google Sheets is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Notion: Your use of Notion is subject to Notion's Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any data exported

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or data corruption
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or failures

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-on (if any).

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Add-on.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Add-on after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
